• Artwork must be designed to exact measurements Flat ie: A4 210 x 297mm
• All artwork must have a 2mm bleed around entire artwork.
• Artwork must be designed at a minimum of 300dpi resolution.
• Photographs used in design must also be 300dpi resolution.
• All images must be CMYK
• All fonts must be embedded or outlined
• All files must be named clearly Addis Coffee Calendar_January_Picture.pdf
• Pictures for months must be designed on a separate page to the calendar dates You can download the calendar dates from - http://incompetech.com/beta/cal-monthly/
• Calendar must be completely designed for listed prices to apply, else extra artwork charges will be applicable

Our standard turnaround time for calendars is 5-7 business days from the date we accept your print artwork.
